Rates are determined by the number of placemats used by each restaurant during each 10 week cycle.
Rates include artwork prepared to your specifications.
Rates for "Previous Advertisers" are $15 less than rates for "New Advertisers".
TERMS:
Terms for "Previous Advertisers" with a satisfactory credit history:
Payment is due Net 30 Days from placemat "delivery date" - see Schedule.
Terms for "New Advertisers" and Terms for "Previous Advertisers" with an unsatisfactory credit history:
Payment is due by placemat "confirmation date" - see Schedule.
No cancellations or refunds after "confirmation date" - see Schedule.
PAYMENT BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD:
Please make your check or money order payable to Ward & Ward or use your paypal account or credit card on the "Online Order Form" page of our website.
